I return with more starters for your simlets! All trailers are either on 10x15 or 15x20 lots, and minimal CC is used, if any. Store content is used sparingly. You CAN use these if you are FULLY PATCHED even if you do not all EPs/SPs as I do; anything used from an EP/SP will simply disappear or be replaced by content available to you.

My goal with the trailers was to create a set of homes that could be used together to create a cohesive group in their own "subdivision". Obviously they can be placed in your towns as you please :) All but two are affordable, fully furnished, by single sims fresh out of CAS. One is fully decorated and is slightly more expensive. A luxury trailer, if you will. The other is meant for a couple, but the unfurnished version would easily be affordable by a single sim.

So the trailers. The first one, shown before the cut, is a nod to retro-50s-style decor and is probably my favorite. It has a nice backyard with a small patio in back. There are 2 BR/1 BA and with the new Generations bunkbeds, could conceivably hold quite a lot of children XD If you use a Story Progression mod that requires cribs in homes in order to allow townies to have children, feel free to replace the beds in the second bedroom with a crib/cribs. The windows are from the Store but everything else should be basegame compatible. Cost is §16,371 furnished and §13,716 unfurnished.

This is one of the ones not affordable by single sims. I really wanted to decorate a trailer more than usual yet still keep it inexpensive. This one is §17,502 furnished and §10,497. It's a 1 BR/1 BA with a laundry room and a large master bedroom that you could divide into two rooms if you wanted to sprout some kidlets.

This is a roomy 1 BR/1 BA with a large patio/deck and backyard. Furnished will run you §16,438 and unfurnished §12,351. It has a small laundry area and a line to dry your clothes under the sun. Fisherman will appreciate the large fish tank for their catches and the deck is perfect for gatherings with its fire pit and room for dancing or just relaxing.

A lovely family home with 2 BR/2 BA. One bedroom is set up as a nursery with an adjacent, unfinished bathroom. There is a patio with a grill for family cookouts or neighborhood barbeques. Furnished cost is §14,547 and unfurnished is §13,172.

This last home is definitely a bit of a fixer-upper. It's a little dirty and a little rusty, but who knows? Maybe you want a home for that shifty-eyed fellow who lives in Sunset Valley... It's a 1 BR/ 1 BA with an overgrown yard. Furnished it runs §15,236 and unfurnished §10,996.

Just grabbed 2 and 3. I'm planning on throwing them into SV and having my self sim move into one of them.
